Charging for Rules Upgrade, really?

I too discovered that I now have to pay full price for a rules upgrade. I purchased this app quite some time ago and was fairly happy with it and only assumed they would not be charging for rule upgrades. I was shocked to see they wanted me to basically purchase the app all over again to accompdate the new rules. NOT COOL!

I have never been charged for an upgrade from any app before and this will be no exception. I am taking this app off my phone. Really bad decision on the developers part for us that already own the app. Thanks for the non support.
